I did it! I finally did it!!

By
Title Insurance with True Title Company

I got my first listing today.

I found this house on the expired list. Sent the owner a letter almost two weeks ago and she called me back last Thursday.  I met with her on Friday to give her my spiel and she told me that she wanted to think things over. I talked with her Saturday afternoon and she gave me the go ahead to list it.  We met this morning and got all of the paperwork filled out and on the MLS this afternoon!

Granted, this deal is not going to make me rich (the house is investment only - listing for $19,000) but for finally  getting a listing, I'm pretty darn proud!

Congratulations Kristin. That's really an accomplishment because it's tough picking up some of those expired listings.

Hey Kristin!

That's so exciting....good for you!  You'll never forget your first one.  Now that you've done it once, doing it the next time will be that much easier.

Way to go!!!

Thanks guys (especially you, Shawna!!!!)

Here's the kicker, I think I already have a buyer.  Coming with me to the house later this week and he's having me list his personal property in 3 weeks!! Whoot!

That is sooooooooooo great, Kristin! It starts with one...and then you can go anywhere. I once taught one of my agents how to go after FSBOs. He got two in one day...from the same investor. Then, he found out she had 33 homes to sell. WAY TO GO!

BTW...thanks for reading my WHOLE series of Elizabeth's reale estate rules! I am impressed, my friend. That was a LOT of reading. Hope you enjoyed. I'm adding you as an associate and subscribing to your blog. Wanna get to know you. GBU~

That is sooooo exciting. Every single listing is huge as far as I am concerned. Inventory makes the industry go round! Awesome! Kudos and congrats! Regards, C. ;-)
