Synopsis:  Homes are staying on the market nearly a month longer than in 2007.   Year to Date changes from 2007 to 2008 is a modest 6.64% lower Average Sales Price.  This compares to a solid 5.7% appreciation rate enjoyed by Columbia County up until 2007.
