I've read some of your other posts and from what I've read you've only just recently been approved to do FHA and basically you are new to FHA. The stuff in your ebook is mostly stuff you can find for free on hud's website. Why on earth would anyone pay you $20? (I noticed you cut your original price by more than half) How many FHA appraisals have you done prior to your ebook? Just curious.

Thank you for your comment.  My book is not meant for people who know how to do FHA appraisals.  It is for newer appraisers looking for information on appraising for FHA.  I dropped the price because I had no idea what appraisers would pay for an ebook.  Since it was not selling at the high price, I dropped it!  Yes, you can get the info for free.  All government publications are copyright free.  However, I have been answering lots of questions on this site and my website about appraising for fha and realized that although much of the info is free, that some appraisers would rather it all in one book... in one place.  I have taken several classes, some by FHA themselves.  Some of info in the book are from the classes and experience only... stuff you can't get on the FHA website.  Thank you again for commenting.

Dawn,

I have not read your book, however I think more training and information being summarized and conflicting information from large sources over several years is a good thing.

I have done these on a regular basis for a while now, I spent several years not accepting FHA assignments because I was not up on the latest information.
