2009 Business Plan

For the past few days I have been working on my 2009 business plan for my real estate business. I believe that business plans are important in many ways.

First of all, it helps to remind me that I am running a business and not just selling real estate. There are budgets and numbers that I must hit to be successful.

Second, I truly believe in order to get to where we want to be, I need a road map. Goals and numbers that will help me to stay in track to keep me accountable.

Personally, my goal for 2009 is to complete 36 transaction side. That would consist of 18 listings sold and 18 buyers sold. I have a deep desire to take this business to the highest level possible.

My personal goals include more family time and a deeper relationship with our creator.

Having a plan is always a good idea. I use a Vision Board with pictures and my goals on my wall.  It helps to keep me focused on all my goals, business and personal.
