I have been saying for quite awhile now that price is the KEY to selling a property in this current down market we are having. An agent in my office just sold a $845,000 dollar home in 12 days...That's TWELVE....how did he do that you ask?? Well he had the property PRICED RIGHT FROM THE START....It was a desirable home in a desirable area with views but also in a price range that VERY FEW home in our area are selling in!

So what was the magic bullet that sells even $800k+ homes??? Any guesses? It starts with a P.......Yes PRICE! You are correct....

I just read an interesting article that talks about one couple that didn't really understand how the market TRULY was....They ended up taking MUCH less later...after reducing....reducing.....and reducing.....mmmm a familiar theme here folks....

There's two way to price a property...Price it like ERIC did about to sell and sell it....or chase the ball Down the Hill....and then take LESS later......What do you prefer??
