Top Producer 8i is a powerful program and unfortunately many agents are either not aware or do not take advantage of the industry partnerships that Top Producer Systems has developed over the years.  One of the core partnerships is with ZipForm. 

ZipForm, (www.zipform.com,) is the Official Forms Software of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^®. ZipForm offers Special Agent and Broker Tools and Packages, Desktop and Online Programs, TMS Integration, Electronic Signatures and integration with Top Producer 8i. ZipForm is a powerful, easy-to-use real estate contract software program that is helping real estate agents and brokers increase productivity while decreasing the amount of time spent doing paperwork.

If you are a Top Producer 8i user and also have an account with ZipForm®Online than you should be integrating both programsto save time and increase accuracy when completing the process of a ZipForm®Online transaction.

How do you integrate both programs?  Follow the steps below and you will soon be able to take advantage and increase your Top Producer 8i proficiency  

Top Producer Data Export Setup

Step 1 -
Log into your Top Producer 8i account.




Step 2 -
Click the Preference link, than the 3rd party setup tab and select the Add Data Services link.




Step 3 - Choose ZipForm®Onlinefrom the Add Data Service dialog box and Enter The User ID, which is your ZipForm®Online user name/email address.




You are now able to import contacts from your Top Producer account into your ZipForm®Online account.
