I am worried that investors may take unfair advantage of sellers. I would recommend that sellers use attorneys when dealing with investors in this market.

Hi Gita:

Being worried for sellers in this home sales slide of values is not helping the sellers sell.  Many agents are leaving the 6% commission only business.

Sending them to a conveyancing attorney is not getting the house sold.

If sellers would study land contracts, lease purchase, lease options, seller carry backs, re financing then renting out, all these options hold great value to solving their selling needs besides waiting for a low ball all cash offer.

If you want to learn these skills, please contact me, as I have 22 years experience coaching new investors.

All the best,

Brian

PS Many attorneys are deal killers to creative offers, as you probably well know.
