John you are exactly correct, believing government will solve our problems is a huge mistake. It is up to us to make it happen.
Your right, only we can fix this mess relying on the government to get the economy moving is the wrong decision. Get out there and work and stay positive, that will truly turn your business around.
Things seem to be changing and I'm hoping that some of the banks start working with people on some real reduction in principle because that is what so many people need.
You're right, working is the only way to get a paycheck!!
Well, I think attitude in a agents life is everything. There are people in my office retiring or taking other jobs and then there are those of us that are doing very well and remaining busy. I think it has everything to do with my outlook.
I believe in myself and my team. Some people think taht it is crazy that I don't keep up with all of the negative in the media and all over but it seems easier for me to work harder if I just move forward.
I am doing very well in my market and am not complaining but I had to go find a niche both for my builders to build and with financing that works.........but I will allow that while I love my country, I fear my government.
My market area is not one where anyone makes a killing -- it's just too small. But, I am working to prepare for opporunities that may arise. ~ Evelyn
Hi John. Love the attitude. Working hard. Nose to grindstone.
Thanks for writing,
Ken
John- That's the good old fashioned American formula... push forward.
Good advice, turn off the TV and get busy doing something!
The best motivator is yourself, if you can learn to kick your own butt, then that is the day you have succeeded.
