Hi Gena,

The Squeeze Inn, I love it. Sounds like my kind of place. You sure know Sacramento girl, easy to see why you're the real estate expert!

Next time I am in Sacramento, I am going to check out the Squeeze Inn and the Restore sounds amazing. Go information for the locals.

Gena I am such a huge fan of the so called "Dive Genre" of eateries and that cheese cooking under those buns is awesome! Thanks for highlighting your local Habitat Restore too. Austin was one of the two initial cities where the ReStore concept was originally opened! Great Localism post!

Lynda, I gave up eating hamburgers awhile back but decided to forgo that when I came upon the SQUEEZE INN. Everything is delicious and the staff are pleasant and very accommodating. It may be a dive but it's a good tasting dive.

I took one of my investors there and they thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact, they loved it so much that when they returned from the Bay Area to inspect the properties they are purchasing they asked if we could go again.

William, thanks. The locals love Squeeze Inn. I was a little hesitant to write it up since the lines are long already but I have to share this great find with everyone, especially hamburger lovers.

The Restore Store is a great place to go for any remodel. Their supplies change daily so going just once is out of the question.

Hope you do come to Sacramento and I would love to take you to the Squeeze INN.

Russell, thank you. Habitat Restore Store is a great place to pick up some super buys as you well know and their inventory changes daily. Certainly a well deserved organization which needs to be highlighted.

Glad you liked that oozy cheese on the grill. Some folks actually ask for a side of grilled cheese alone. They do have the BEST hamburger in town along with some great french fries.

Gena, I LOVE THOSE type of places!! I got on the habitats restore to see if there might be anything like that in our area but no luck. The Squeeze Inn sounds like the kind of dive I like to eat at also. We have several places like that in our area.

Marchel, the Restore Store is such a great place to go and pick up some excellent buys since they get overstocked items from other stores. It's a place to visit continually as the inventory changes daily.

The Squeeze Inn may be the greatest dive but boy is the food ever good. They have no intention of ever expanding since they know they have a good thing going keeping it cozy just like it is. The lines are unreal at times and parking is at a premium but well worth it.
