SW Florida Real Estate Market- For Better or For Worse

Latest inventory levels have been posted and it shows the Fort Myers - Cape Coral real estate market is essentially the same as it was back in January. Condo numbers have actually fared slightly better since back in January, a reflection of the effects of season. But was it good enough to carry the condo market the rest of the year?

In the long run, the area should do very well. Ft. Myers Beach has become such a great place to be and visit. I picked Cape Coral to take advantage of the great beaches and waterfront.
