Attitude Problems

I am always taken back by people with attitudes whom feel they are above following rules or think they have no accountability for their actions. Not returning phone calls, or responding back to emails. Not showing up at meetings, arguing, lying, not returning company owned equipment....... and the list goes on. You know the ones I am talking about. If they bother you, chances are they bother everyone.  I don't understand this behavior. We all have to answer to someone. Whether we work for ourselves or work as an employee. We are in tough economic times and I try to understand the frustration that everyone is experiencing. I am feeling the same effects. But that certainly doesn't give anyone the excuse of being above simple rules of common respect for others around them. So if you don't, please stop and think of others around you and those you are in contact with day after day. We are all human beings on the same path in life. Show some respect, gratitude, and common love and kindness towards your fellow man or woman.
