Save the Planet....One person at a time.
And that person is You....
For some of you this message might be a
little deep,
but please bear with me.
The message is worth the time to read it all.
There are only two emotions in this world.....
Love and Fear.
All your thoughts, all your reactions, and all
your decisions
are based from these two emotions
.
In the end, the only real emotion is Love.
Fear is actually an illusion.
The only problem with that illusion, is that for
most people,
fear seems very real.
After all, fear and negativity is what controls
this planet.
From negativity pumped throughout all or most
forms
of the media, to all the fear based religions
out there.
If you are taught that you are unworthy, or that
your
first reaction in any situation should be a negative
one.....
how are you supposed to live a Joy filled fulfilling
life?
Joy, confidence in self, self love, happiness, affection,
passion, caring, joy, excitement, etc.,
are emotions
of LOVE.
These are thoughts that align you with those desires
that
you want to manifest in your life.
They are also the emotions that make life worth living.
Rushing, hate, anger, revenge, stress, over working,
lack of sleep, vanity, judgment , worry, animosity,
jealousy,
depression, low self esteem, frustration,
lack of patience,
and many more are reactions and
emotions
based out of FEAR.
Fear will make your desired manifestations take much
longer and in many cases, manifest more situations for
you to fear and worry about.
Fear and negativity is what creates all sickness, disease,
and fatigue, as well as creating a
very poor outlook on
life.
Negativity affects those around you as well, to the point
that most will no longer want to be around you
because
they feel drained when they do.
Most people don't have the mental protection barriers
in
place not to be affected by other people's negative
(fear based)
energy.
This is where the viscious cycle begins.
One is affected by negativity, and shares it with another,
and before you know it, one person's bad mood
has affected
many.
Have you ever been at a workplace where the boss
is in a bad
mood?
Most times, it affects all the employees around when
that happens.
If you want to live a life based on Love instead of Fear,
then you have to start taking steps to
help you get there.
Here are some steps I feel are helpful to do just that :
1. Avoid negative forms of media, and negative people.
(the news is 99% negative it seems, and if you don't know
about this or that, you won't fear it.
If you have to be around
negative people for whatever reason,
just try to keep the
conversations to a minimum.
You could actually surprise them
and ask them to
tell you something "good.")
2. Forgive any and all people in your life that you have
negative
feelings toward.
(This might be one of the hardest steps, but a neccesary
step
nonetheless. In most cases, those people actually
think they
are living life the way they should be.
It's not right or wrong.
It just is.
Forgive them and release that hate and resentment
towards them
. It hurts you far more to keep that negativity
pent up than
it ever could hurt them. Let it go.)
3. Focus on ONLY having Love in your heart and doing
as many
things as you can that bring you Joy.
(Make every reaction you have in any situation come
from a feeling
of love instead of fear.)
Forgiveness, understanding, and kindness are far better
reactions
than impatience, sarcasm, and anger.
It benefits both you and those around you so much
more in a
positive way.
4. Use Love as motivation for applying these steps listed.
Know that Love is the power behind EVERYTHING.
Love protects you from any and all negative situations.
If you do happen to manifest a negative situation though,
love will help you be more relaxed, patient, calm,
and help
you react much more reasonable to it.
Love keeps you happy, healthy, vibrant, passionate
about
life, successful, loved by many,
and much much more.
5. Affirmations and Intentions
Use affirmations to help reassure,
and reaffirm that through Love
all things are possible.
Yes...I know...many will say that it actually
goes
"Through God all things are possible".
Well God and Love are
the same thing.
God IS Love.
You are love and you are God in
human form.
Some affirmations you could use might be:
"I am full of Love"
"I treat myself and everyone with Love and respect."
"I am full of love, and love protects me and provides
for
me in all ways."
I am grateful for and Love all things."
Setting intentions for your day in the morning,
and before you
go to bed at night will also help
you set the course for your
day in a loving way.
An example of an intention for bedtime could be:
"Dear(God,Source,or whatever term you use for the higher power)
I am grateful for all I have in my life.
It is my intention to have a
great night's sleep, and
wake up energetic, vibrant, and full of
love and life.
I will wake up and seek Joy and Love in all that I do."
An example of an intention for the morning could be:
"Dear(God,Source,or whatever term you use for the higher power),
Thank You for a great night's sleep.
I am grateful for all I have in life.
It is my intention to go about my day with Love in all that I do.
My reactions, my thoughts, and actions will be based
out of Love,
and in turn this will create more Joy,
happiness, abundance, and
protection in my experience."
Practice these steps, and analyze what source your
thoughts
are actually based on by paying attention
to how you feel.
If you feel great, then you won't have to spend so
much time
wondering where your thoughts are based from.
This is because when you feel good, you are in a positive
or aligned mindset.
If you are tired, sick, or just feel "off" a little bit,
then these are
signs that you need to ask yourself where
your current thoughts
are based from....
Love or Fear?
I understand all this could be a little overwhelming,
however,
you just have to continue working towards
mastering having
dominant feelings and thoughts
of love as much as you can.
If it helps, let me tell you that I have not fully mastered
this
process fully myself either.
It is a work in progress.
If you don't feel like you are progressing as fast as you
like,
don't beat yourself up.
Just keep going at your own
pace, and you will be where
you want to be before you
know it :)
This, and life in general is a never ending learning process.
