Fresno California Real Estate Market Update

Interesting article in the Fresno Bee today discussing the uptick real estate sales. According to the article the same investors who sold property 2003 - 2005 and went to the sidelines are now coming back in.

Fresno Association of Realtors reports preliminary figures of 612 units sold in October
Over half of October sales (56%) were foreclosures.
The median price of a home is now $175,000 ( down 31% from a year ago)

Lazarus, I'm thrilled to hear that investors are getting active again. Hopefully all will come back around by '09.

I hope so too. I think the market may be better due to further price reductions, which is going to be good for some bad for MANY.

Burglary; Insurance fraud; ID theft; Suspected homicide; Real estate theft

Having people run off their property / total annihilation of others. This is how they "clear the path" in order to alter the sewer/water lines on private property WITHOUT LEAVING ANY WITNESSES. Fresno County District Attorney refuses to address the VERIFIED FORGERIES of people never seen again. Death threats for reporting this. Organized crime ~ municipal corruption

John Bonadelle's name is being used behind all of this. Tragic.

They used the risk analsyt to conspire in having my family and neighbors annihilated; property taken; then had me robbed, raped and left for dead in order to pull this off. Much more.
