I don't want to coerce my customer, I want them to make an educated decision.
I don't want to do a "take away," I don't to use conventional tactics to make a sale...I just want my customer to fell comfortable in the transaction.
I want my customers to do what they feel is best for them. I don't use the conventional sales tactics, which is probably why, I don't like to go to sales classes.
I'm not pushy, my customers end up as my friends...90% of the time...10% of the time, they are 20 years younger than me, and well, they are the same ages as my children.
YES, some of the best of the best, agents who make mega bucks, are pushy and lie, and are deceitful...and still make money...well, not me.
I'm an honest hard working agent, who does not want to cheat, steal, lie, be deceitful...just a person who loves to sell real estate. I just want to help people.
Best of the best??? that line went out with the rest of the agents who are no longer here. Those that are still working full time, love what we do...hear me??? We LOVE what we do...we are here to help our customers. And we're hanging in there.
I don't want to use books, to use lines for sales, to lie to people. I want to help people who want to buy a home or a condo in South Florida.
Call me if you need an honest and caring agent. I work in real estate because I love it.
