Home Values in Clarksville, Tennessee are actually holding strong compaired to many areas across the country. Each Real Estate Market is concidered local and things could be much different in other areas across the state and country. Clarksville sits on the Tennessee and Kentucky state line and is home of the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell Kentucky. Although Fort Campbell is concidered Kentucky, approx 75% of the post is in Tennessee and the post office is in Kentucky. This is how we have Fort Campbell, Kentucky and not Tennessee.
