The Burlington-Bristol Bridge will close to overnight traffic starting Tuesday 18 November 2008- Friday 21 November 2008 and Monday 24 November 2008
The span across the Delaware River will close Monday through Friday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. so crews can finish a repaving project started over the summer.
The bridge also will be closed overnight Nov. 24, according to the Burlington County Bridge Commission, which owns and operates the Burlington-Bristol and Tacony-Palmyra bridges.
The bridge will remain open during the day as well as on weekends.
No detours will be posted during the upcoming closure. To cross the river, drivers can use the bridge connecting the New Jersey and Pennsylvania turnpikes to the north or the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge to the south.
