MY QUALIFICATIONS

Everard had a long and successful career with a worldwide, U.S.A based business with over 80 factories and offices around the world. 

During that career his main responsibilities were in manufacturing, but in his later role as a Senior Executive, he was part of the Senior Management Team and was closely involved in all business activities, including Human Relations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, R & D And Commercial. 

During his career he built one office, two factories and was closely involved in the planning of two other factories. 

These major endeavors involved scope development, site search, negotiations on national, state and local levels for land, roads, utilities, railroad and tax incentives. He also worked closely with architects and builders. 

While involved in the Senior Management Team, Evert came to know many established individuals who worked with him to broker deals. It was in these meetings that he perfected the art of negotiation. 

Since he relocated many times, he gained a lot of experience searching for the right town, area and location. He had to build or buy and sell his own house 9 times. This gave him more actual, "Hands-On" relocation experience than most realtors. He knows and understands the difficult issues related to relocation from his own experience with moving between states, countries and continents. 

After his corporate career, Everard decided to go into Real Estate. Initially in California and later in Pennsylvania where he associated with a well known Lancaster County, real estate company. Everard has now lived in Lancaster County since 1993. 

Everard is also a partner in Preferred LIfestyle Advisors LLC., A Real Estate subsidiary of Castellum Realty LLC., with the mission to advice customers find retirement homes, second homes, or investment properties outside Pennsylvania. We also offer clients buying options in international markets such as Dubai, Belize and The Netherlands.
