The other day, my Construction manager(Ryan Sengpiehl) went to give Mrs. Jones a estimate. After Mrs. Jonescalled our office, we were on our way over to see what she had in mind. After looking at the projects at hand, Ryan gave her our rates based on how much time the job would take to be completed.

Mrs. Jones first reaction was, why that seems a little high? Ryan convinced Mrs. Jones to use our services for one day and if she was not satisfied, we would part ways with no hard feeling from either side. I ( Bruce Washington ) the manager/owner, went over to Mrs. Jones home, to give Ryan his next appointment for the following day.
After being welcomed by Mrs. Jones at the front door, the first comment from her was, you cannot take Ryan? She started complimenting Ryan for his promptness,work ethic, quality and cleanliness. She told me, if I were to take Ryan from her, she would come and pickett my office. She was really happy with Ryan and our company and never mention price in the conversation.
While we were there finishinig the original work, Mrs. Jones had us do more work for her and her husband. We also had our painting Division go in and paint for Mrs. Jones, with the same results. She has since given our name to all her friends, nieghbors and we appreciate that very much !
We are still presently working in Mrs. Jones home and will be there for the next several days. Mrs. Jones said she would be more than happy to give us a reference, so here is her home # 540.338.0744
