Have you read this book?

I just ordered this book on Amazon.com since it definitely fits the world of real estate today and probably for a while. I'm hoping it will give additional insight into money saving marketing and dealing with the immediate future of our industry. If you have read this book or know of someone who has... Please give a review about it and if you thought it was practical to put his ideas into practice.

Nope-- but it reminds me of a book titled: Shift Your But...the BUT being any excuse to excuse yourself from taking responsibility for your own success.

No but since it is written by Gary Keller it is probably pretty good

I look forward to getting it so I can read it. I read one of his other books and thought it was very good as well.

Gary Keller is usually right on the market and mostly writes very understandable and readable stuff. I've heard this book is good, let us know, I'll think about getting it too. Is it out at the book stores?

Linda - yes it's in the book stores but I found that Amazon is the least expensive. I think it was $14 and change.

David, I read all day long at work and I accept that. If I try to read for pleasure I get about 5 pages before I fall asleep. I love audiobooks or books on cds. I have a great business library but my real estate titles are seriously lacking. I just searched both Amazon and apple with no luck, darn. We spend alot of time in our cars and deserve some consideration...

Hello David, I will be attending the seminar next Thursday in Chester, Pennsylvania. So after the seminar I will start reading the SHIFT book. I heard it is a good read by fellow agents.
