We're already finding that holiday lighting is going to be down this year due to the economy. Several of the traditional companies and malls have already announced cutbacks on their traditional lighting displays.

Hi my name is Lori Cofer and I am a REALTOR at Beasley Realty in Pullman WA which is my main market. But, I have currently also become licensed in Idaho so I have begun my Idaho profile for Moscow. So many of your agents in the Valley are most logically dual licensed. But up here we are just far enough apart and markets a bit different that not that many are dual licensed.

I am from the LC Valley and grew up in both Lewiston and Clarkston. I have always loved the light festival and really enjoyed the pictures of home. I guess you had a rarity in the Valley, a white Christmas. I can't ever remember that...I am hoping to get down your way here soon....when the roads are a bit more navigable. We sure got dumped on up here and I guess more is coming....

I know what you mean about the Pullman WA & Moscow ID Real Estate Market...I have been doing this for 22 years...and have attended many Realtor functions at the State levels...and those 2 markets just don't want to work together...it actually seems like you should... Do you think about moving back to the Valley? We have a beautiful office and are actively recruiting Realtors. I would love to stop by and say Hi sometime! I am pretty happy here in Pullman and pretty well rooted in Pullman as well. My husband has a hair salon here on campus, so it seems that unlike so many from Lewiston, I am here to stay in Pullman. But I always love to visit!!
