So I was having lunch with a good fellow Realtor friend that is also in
the
Green Bay Real
Estate Market. He is an agent who is starting to
do alot of
Real Estate
Owned Properties (REO) which in short are
Wisconsin
Bank Foreclosures. We were talking about an
appointment I was about to go on which was for a
Short
Sales in Wisconsin.
He asked me why on earth would I want to do
Short Sales, they
take forever and sometimes can be a nightmare? I really
wasn't in the mood for a conversation that could turn into an argument,
but that question stayed on my mind for the remainder of the day.
This question is a perfect example of what you'd want to
write in a blog if you had one.
After long and hard thought I came up with my true reasons for doing
Short Sales in Wisconsin.
With all that is going on in this great country with the past
mortgage crisis, recent bailout it is now time for us to band together
and truly help one another. One way for me give back and do
my part is to do
Short
Sales in Wisconsin. I enjoy the challenge of a
difficult transaction and the ability to help someone who is in dire
need of a solution to a scary problem. I'm the kind of guy
when someone is down I try to give a lending hand. That is
the way I was raised and my internal core beliefs. Short
Sales can be a very beneficial part to anyone's real estate business
you will see alot of agents here on Active Rain that primarily do Short
Sales for the majority of their business.
Katerina
Gassett is a prime example of an individual who has similar
core beliefs about helping people and is a great example to what we as
Realtors can do to help clear the inventory of deliquent properties.
She is also an excellent coach that is more than happy to
help you avoid the pitfalls and common mistakes when doing short sales.
I'm not afraid of a challenge and i'm not afraid of working hard to
help save someone from
Foreclosure
in Wisconsin.

Short Sales in Wisconsin
- Why Do I Do Them?*
Greg - short sales in my area are one of the few things still moving. Foreclosures and short sales, I've done more of those this year than anything else!
