That is some scary numbers...DOWN 55%? That is not good, how many agents do you have down in your area? 11 Sales, I'm guessing there are a lot more agents than that!
Todd- It is very super scary. We have just over 100 agents and PB's combined. Also did you notice the days on market....that really jumped up from last month.
