Hi Lou, I tell my teenage daughters that they can accomplish anything they think they can accomplish.  But if they tell themselves that they can't, they won't be able to do it - whatever it is - it's all about your attitude going in. Thanks for sharing!

Lou - Great post!  Our beliefs serve as the foundation for all that we say and do.  Having a strong belief system is important to meeting every challenge and doing the things we must do in order to survive during difficult times.  It helps us to be strong; it helps us to build strong working relationships.
