  1. I have a customer looking for a 2/1 over 800 SQ feet this can be a Condo or Villa, needs to be located in St Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach up to $90,000 (Rio Del Mar area)
    - No Short Sales, looking to close Fast
  2. Looking for a House 3/2 in St Augustine can be located on the Island, South or out west
    up to $130,000
    - Short Sales are ok needs to close by March 2009
  3. Looking for a 5/3/3 over 2900 SQFT with the Master on the first floor up to $220,000
    - Fast Close by December 2008 no Short Sales
