Using What The Homeowner Already Had...Warmed Up This Space!

By
Mortgage and Lending with Liberty Bank of Arkansas

This is a perfect example of how inexpensive adding some warmth to a space can be. This homeowner already had great wall color and bedding. But the room was lacking the warmth needed to really show the space. I shopped what the homeowner already had. Not one penny was spent on adding to this space.

BTW this is a smart homeowner that has contacted me PRIOR TO LISTING HER PROPERTY!

Michael,  Thank you and thanks for stopping by.

Barbara,  I love it too when I can use what the homeowner already has. I recently staged a vacant where the homeowner had beds that I could use. This saved her money, because I didn't have to furnish the beds or pay someone to move them for me. I'm always willing to work with what the homeowner has.

Fernando, Thank you, this color was in the bedding, and she had accent accessories that matched.  I love being able to work with what homeowners already have.

Michele,  As you can see I didn't have to add much. But it was enough to warm up the space. Sorry my photos arent' very good they have a green tint to them.

Pretty spiffy.  Looks great.  Fun to do these jobs once in a while and stretch the staging muscles.  Good work.

Looks great! I love it when you can use the home owners things.  Showing them what a difference you can make even without spending money really gives them confidence in you, and they'll be more likely to call you when they get to their new house!

Donna, You really made an improvement. It's a misconception that staging has to cost a fortune. Great example

Lori Kim, Thank you!

Cathy, This homeowner has listed yet. I think she wants to wait until spring. It has been fun and a lot different from vacants.

Terrylynn,  Thank you!

Gretchen,  It was fun shopping what the owner had. She had some pretty good stuff to work from.

Kimberley, I hate that misconception, so many times there are simple things that stagers can do to make improvements.

You've got to have "it" to know how with changing or adding just a couple things can make this kind of impact - you've definitely got "it!"

Great job!

Donna,

When we can utilize the clients own items and bring them NEW life, it always seems to amaze them as to why they never thought of doing that!  Looks great,...the POP of color made the world of difference!

I'm glad you posted those pics.  It shows what a an eormous difference a few small changes can make.  The color is great but it was that AND the other little touches that really pulled it all together...the wall art, flowers, plant and cleared clutter.  Great Job!
