Terri Murphy asked me to do a video for a panel she moderated at NAR. What she didn't mention was that she also uploaded it to YouTube. Though I'm no Gary Vaynerchuk, I do have incredible passion for social media marketing. If you have 9 minutes, 10 seconds, take a listen. You might learn something.

Social media marketing seems to be the in thing. It is a great way to drive traffic to your website, believe it or not.

I was going to echo what Steven said. The traffic I get from my few comments on Trulia Voices has been amazing. I need to have a peek over at Zillow too - haven't done that one yet.

Paul - I think the video was good.  Gary V does his stuff, you do yours.  Nicely done.

I never heard Social Networking coined as Conversation Marketing (or whatever the term was). It is true, and the reason why Social Networking like this rarely requires one to actually "sell" anything.

I am glad that you posted this video, Paul.  It is much like the keynote speech from the Houston Barcamp, and it provides a very nice synopsis of social media marketing.

I watched the whole thing!  Very informative indeed.  Now I'm off to Trulia to see what's up.
