At this point you are realizing that these are very basic things to do. But I always say we need to get back to basics. So here we go!!!
13. This is a real important one to remember. When doing a CMA you are also interviewing the seller to see if you will be able to sell the home and if the sellers fit what you are looking for in a seller. I do not list all the home that sellers want to hire me for.
14. Look for people who have similar areas of interest within the different groups you frequent, Business Groups, Churches, etc. And tailor your marketing to that common interest.
15. Create your marketing plan for the year. Make sure you stick to your plan in every respect while allowing a little room in your budget for new strategies that you may learn throughout the year.
