I am a member of Toastmasters International and I love being there.  Our local membership is called Early Birds, we meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturday at 7:30 a.m..  Its a public speaking org. that has you speaking on front of a group.  In my group there is always somewhere between 18-30 professional members.  Its a little intimitation at first but with my attitude ( A little bit os a smart a$$ and always looking to make a good laugh) its no problem.  I was the Table Topics Master ( Where I ask people to come up in front of the audience and answer the questions I have asked, we usually have themes and mine was "Chenage")  I asked " What would you do if I gave you a million dollars tax free but you had to keep your job?"  That sparked alot of conversation and after meeting talks.

So, that is my question to you here is AR

If I were to give you a million dollars tax free, BUT you had to keep you job, what would you do differently?

And why?

I am sure that was an interesting group discussion. I love my business so that's not a problem. I would make some short and long-term investments. And I would donate to charity.

Steve - That's a question I've thought of several times - not sure why - but I'd pay off debt, set aside the remainder of the college tuition for my kids, take a nice family vacation, invest some to bolster the waning retirement fund, set up some scholarship funds at out local high school, and donate to my 3 favorite charities.
