Wow 100% COMMISSION, what a concept!

-Monthly Fees
-Transaction Fees
-Errors & Ommissions Insurance
-Advertising Costs
-Who knows what else that isn't mentioned

= somewhere around 70%-75% or less, RIGHT?

Michael, $29.99 monthly fee, broker's fee as low as $500 per transaction, $105 E&O per transaction only when your deal closes. The rest of the commission you keep. But we are only hiring in San Diego.

You know, agents are so used to paying all that money to their brokers, something sweet like this comes along and they think it is a scam! It is just my philosophy that agents do all the hard work, why should the broker get so much of your hard-earned commission?
