What a year! It's been tough but I'm now seeing some big equity money come to town to take over stranded development projects in the office, industrial and retail areas. Hoping that this will clean up the banks books, get the lenders lending again, encourage more investors (those that require lenders), and ultimately give businesses confidence to lease or own their own buildings. Thoughts?

Take it one day at a time. We are getting ready to handle the pent up urgency that has been building up for the past couple of years - With the new administration - I believe that is the shot in the arm, along with the bailpout - It will get things moving again - hang in there John, It will happen - We will get through this as we have before.
