Short Sales & Foreclosed Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage LLC

The inventory of homes, condos and townhomes offered for sale in the Duval County that are classified as Short Sales and Foreclosed Real Estate is still climbing. With the advent of several programs offered by financial insitutions to help homeowners stay in their homes by refinancing their mortgages, this trend may be reversed in the next year.

However, there are still many property owners faced with the prospect of foreclosure that need the services today of a trained real estate professional who can provide options to prevent foreclosure.

For those that:
Owe more on your Jacksonville Florida homes, condos or townhomes than it can be sold for -the Short Sale Process allows you to negotiate with the company that holds the lien on your property so that you can sell your Jacksonville condos, or Jacksonville Florida Real Estate without foreclosure. This process is also available for Ponte Vedra condos, and Ponte Vedra Homes, St Augustine, Orange Park - any Duval, Clay or St Johns Fl County Real Estate.

This is a complex and long process. If you can interested in discussing your personal situationc- Call

Hello James -

You are so right about needing qualified, trained professionals to handle their distressed home situation.  I am scheduled to take a distressed property course in January and until then, I am referring to those in my office that are already trained and designated.  These situations are too important to let just any agent take care of.

BTW, thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting - your support is much appreciated!
