Very nice home, I have a sleigh bed that my Great Aunt gave me tha looks just like that one.

Hi Jim - what a beauty that home is! I love hardwood floors, and in the kitchen I think they look so nice. My whole first floor is all wood flooring and I love it. Nice setting for this home - hope you have a nice smooth quick sale on it for your sellers!

Thanks for the comments folks. The sellers want to sell before January 1 and have priced this beautiful home very aggressively after spending two weeks getting it ready to market.

I think we're positioned well; had our first showing Saturday with positive comments from both buyers and their agent.
