What Are People Waiting For

Hi everyone, its been awhile but thought I would tap into the vast knowledge of this website. I am probably not alone when I say what are people waiting for. Especially first time home buyers. We are in a market that we probably will not see again in our life time. Prime real estate is at its lowest in years. The Feds are offering a 7500.00 credit for first time home buyers at no interest for a period of 30 years. What does that add up to a lousy 20.00 a month. You could buy a fixer upper for far under retail get the 7500 fix up the place and have super equity in a very short time. Has anyone had any luck finding and convincing first time home buyers of this phenomena? If you have could you please enlighten me. I am fairly new only doing this for about 18 months. I have tried advertising in the local paper, blogs, newsletters, emails, creating a website, sitting on floor time and telling everybody I meet what I do, chasing expired, But even with all that I have only drummed up a hand full of tire kickers that are not ready yet, or have made ridiculously low ball offers that never go anywhere. I could sure use some good advise. Does anyone out there have a formula for attracting buyers? Is there any of you in my area that could use an honestly hard working professional to work for you?
