Hi Jeff - the rental market isn't as robust as it typically is, so prospective tenants have a few more options to choose from. Our market here is a little slow, however it typically is going into the holidays. There are serious buyers out in the market, and in some of our areas, there just isn't much inventory to choose from.

Ann... thanks for getting back to me. hhhmmmm, sounds like a blog.. lol Seriously, your inventory is low? wow... I know in many states across the country, there is a lot of inventory. But in regards to your market being slow, you aren't the only one. This is the same all over, in many places... I was dead for 6 weeks and just picked up some. I know Renee Burrows in Sin City has been very busy for many months...

Hi Jeff - some areas in my marketplace are low on certain types of inventory, and other areas have at least a year's worth of inventory on the market. I cover a small area but it varies widely from town to town, and areas within any given town.
