subdivisions in Hoffman Estates over the last 6 months (January thru
June
2008). There were a
total of 92 sales. Within the
'Multi-family' category are condos, duplexes, townhomes, quads -
basically anything that is not a free standing home!
Lowest sale is
$60,000 in Moon Lake.
Highest sale is
$335,000 in the Links at Poplar Creek.
Under $100,000
Moon Lake - 5 story condo
buildings have elevators, also includes low rise buildings and
quads.
Highland Crossing - 3 story condo buildings.
$101,000 to $150,000
Hill Dale
- Townhome and 2 story condo buildings near the golf course.
Barrington Square - Quads and townhomes
available, both with or without garages, both with or without
basements. Ranch and 2story styles.
$151,000 to $200,000
Barrington Square
Huntington Club - Townhome
and low rise condo buildings near the Hill Dale golf course.
$201,000 to $250,000
Castleford - Townhomes with or without
basements, with a 1 car or 2 car garage depending upon the model.
$251,000 to $300,000
Poplar Creek - Townhomes
surrounding the Poplar Creek Golf Course, some have basements, 2 car
garage, mostly brick exteriors.
$301,000 to $350,000
Casey Farm Villas - Duplexes with basements and 2
car garages. Nature sanctuary nearby.
