Moving to Loudoun County with your horses or looking for horse property?

Loudoun has been changing over the past several years but its really known for its equestrian community.  Middleburg is known as the Nations Hunt and Horse Capital...although I feel like that really has expanded to pretty much the entire county.

Loudoun County is home to some of the finest equestrian riders and trainers in the world.  There are several Olympic medalists who call Loudoun home.  If you are looking for an equestrian property, then it pays to know where to move.  There are pockets in Loudoun county which will give you access to the foxhunt trails and miles of rideout if that is what you desire.  There are also certain areas with pockets of eventers and dressage riders and show hunter trainers.  The whole county is full of quality horse people but for in depth knowledge on the place to be, call Sonja Adams, Loudoun's equestrian specialist.  I've been riding, competing and living in Loudoun and am very familiar with the great equestrian property finds that are here in Loudoun.

I'll be featuring some upcoming posts on local associations such as the pony clubs, local fox hunts, eventing and dressage associations.  Loudoun.  In addition, you will find information on barn building, fence building, ring building and the process of building a farm from the ground up.  If you need help with finding an existing property for your horses or information on building a property, feel free to contact me.....

As development moves westward in the county, finding a prime location for  your needs is paramount.  To search for your equestrian dream home, click here.
