- Am I leading edge with my thinking and marketing?

Of "Now What?"
Keenan, one of the wisest things that I was ever told is this: If you are not planning, then you are planning to fail.
I really like that one as well. Someone made a comment to me also or more of a question: Would you rather be highly efficient or highly effective? If you think efficiency is the most important thing then you need to know that you might be highly efficient at the wrong things, and thats not good for your business.
