Interesting article in the Seattle Times today, articulating how property values are staying afloat in Washington State while other areas of the country are sinking.
I was talking with one of my clients in Florida yesterday, she was so glad to sell her rental home in Miami last year. Many people in south Florida are struggling to find buyers and/or renters for their investment properties.
