The "GOLDEN" Buyer

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Keller Williams Realty Partners 61793

Is that something like "The Goose that layed the Golden Egg?" Sure feels like it.  Can you believe it??? An actual Buyer that has a perfect credit score, low debt ratio and money down and doesn't have a home to sell!!! What more could a Real Estate Agent want now days??? Well, Iv'e finally got one and it is nice. And lucky me, I have their complete loyalty, it's just a matter of finding them the perfect home. Granted they are not a high end purchaser but in today's market anything that comes along the pike that looks this good you keep a close reign on.

I hope that you have an agency agreement with them. Not trying to be a downer but it happened to my partner and I earlier this year. They slipped by and made on offer on the fly. They really wanted to buy a home and they didn't understand loyalty. Congrats however they are hard to find these days! :-)

Good Luck to you.  I hope you will be able to find them their perfect home before the holidays! I have a few of those buyers now, but a couple are sitting on the fence unsure because of all the negativity, but it does feel GREAT to have them doesn't it?

Nance,

I totally agree. I just closed escrow on a home for my buyers whom I met at one of my open houses. They were serious buyers who wanted to move up from a condo. When I had them preapproved, their credit scores were 815! They didn't have to sell their condo. and they had 20% down. They were independent, did their own search --- then I did the rest of the research on the history and showed them the properties. After one intense month of looking and several offers later, they got a really nice and clean home.

These buyers were receptive to all suggestions on how to write an offer, what credits/repairs to ask for, etc. This was probably one of the best, smoothest, easiest transactions ever.

Wish all buyers are like them!

They are out there, they're just few and far between. Very, very far between!

Congrats on finding one. It makes all the acrobatic juggling and jumping through hoops for the others, worth it. Almost.

Thanks for the post!! I love the background photo. I LOVE GOOD BUYER'S. I'll tell you the most qualified buyer's I have had are very hard workers. They have great work ethic and I'll tell you that they were straight shooters. No hint at all of shady character. I just love it!!!

Great News! Hope the find the perfect house soon. There is really too much inventory on the market right now. It really confuses the buyers and they are all trying to get the very best deal. Hope you close before Christmas!!
