I watched most of Obama's interview last night. He made it quite clear that keeping people in their homes is a priority. He indicated that if the current administration doesn't do more to make that happen, he certainly will. Yay! I've commented earlier that this is a great time to consider investing in this area. I believe that our new President is going to put programs in place to help home buyers and to keep existing home owners from defaulting. All of this will stabilize the market making it good for everyone but the window to low ball an offer to a "need to sell" seller may be closing.
