I really focus on explaining the process up front and getting people comfortable with how you actually buy a home. Personally finding the right home is usually one of the easier parts of the process it's the contracts, negotiating, lending where my job really starts. The Green Bay Real Estate Agent that I used never really explained the whole process to me on how it really works and especially how you can hire a Green Bay Real Estate Agent to work for You instead of representing the seller. So the first property that I bought the Realtor didn't even tell me about something called Buyer Agency. Buyer Agency is a contract that you can enter into with a Realtor where he will be solely representing you. Buyer agency is so important after taking the real estate licensing courses I immediately felt mis represented and even kind of taken advantage of. I've made a committment to my real estate business to always be up front with people and explain the two different ways I can work for someone. This is the biggest purchase of my clients life and to not have my clients interest's ahead of a seller is funny to me. But there are still alot of people who don't explain the process fully and even offer to work for someone through Buyer Agency. I want to represent all of my buying clients through Buyer Agency because i'm focused on building a long term relationship i'm not focused on the short term. What kind of relationship will I build with you if I steam roll you into a house? My reputation is all that I have in my business and I prefer to focus on building the types of relationships where you will refer your friends and family to me because of the integrity and honesty that I uphold in my Wisconsin real estate career.

Testominals are good ways for let people know that you are the go to Green Bay Wisconsin Real Estate Agent. I haven't tried mixpo but I am going to give it a try. I am thinking of doing a mixpo or real estate show virtual tours on the market that I farm. Great post Greg.
Lanre- Mixpo is a great user friendly video editing program that I would highly recommend 29.99 monthly fee doesn't really excite me i'm sure there is a more cost conscious approach but for me this works fine. Thanks for stopping by
