Has anyone used any of the extras that REALTOR.COM offers such as Featured properties, Purchasing zip codes or any similar products? They just hosted a huge marketing seminar in Scottsdale and of course they were selling their products. Just wondering if anyone has had the type of results they claim? FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!

No, since I am not an agent :) But an agent that I work with locally has been getting an awesome response from the Lowe's thing that she has access to as a Realtor. She gave me the link:

Totally free and, like I said, she has gotten a great response.

I used to have all the bells and whistles with realtor.com.  It was great when I had a lot of listings.  But when you have a space of time with lower inventory, it didnt seem worth it to me.  I will admit, I have not paid much attention to it lately.  My sellers DID like the upgraded lising package.

I pay for my entire firm to have SHOWCASE Listings on realtor.com. It's expensive but impresses sellers. Might help us get more listings, but cannot say it helps us sell so much.

If you want to impress sellers then maybe its worth it,  If you want to generate business, then its probably not a good product.  They have made some changes so it may be different now but before it bad ROI= not enough leads, contacts for the price.

I agree with Artur. I am not sure I will re-up when my contract runs out. I find it to be very expensive. If it gets 1 listing... it's worth it. But if the price goes up even further when I need to renew, I won't.

We are all REALTORS and realtor.com is run by NAR (or a company closely affiliated with it). I have some problems with the fact that all agents are not promoted on the site. If you're a member of NAR< I believe you should be listed. Only agents who pay get listings, and only companies who pay BIG get showcase listings.

I pay my NAR dues. I feel we all should have equal billing on there.
