Very True about days on the market...I always view the listing history to judge a market by simply view where the listing started out and at what price it went pending is a great judge of where to list a home or make an offer...Great Blog

Thanks Tim! I've taken "days on market" and list/sales price ratios out of my market reports, I think both of those can be very skewed by simply using only the most recent price or listing. Thanks for stopping by!
