32 0ffers for a foreclosure in Malden

Hi Everyone,

I thought I would just share my latest experience at a distressed property. The property is a bank owned multifamily property that currently has 32 offers on it including my clients. There were people crawling all over the property yesterday. All offers were good untill noon today. I just hope my clients went high enough as the property is a good one.

Good luck Brad! I have been through that myself. I learned that half of the buyers will fall away due to financing (not being in place), so you should have a fair chance!

Good luck! 32 offers... it's becoming price wars again!

Fingers are crossed for you and your clients Brad. If it is meant to be it will be....... If you find another one you'll probably have the same 32 fighting over that one as well.

Thanx folks.....I am in the fight. The nice thing is that if I get outbid on this one they already have a backup.
