I have started to use Craigslist more and more! I find it so helpful for a variety of things. Of course, I post my listings here...for free. If I want to chat with fellow pet lovers, I can do it here. If I want to sell some things around the house, I can do it here. If I want to see if there is anything interesting in the FREE section, I preview that area. But, why not use it to pick up buyers as well? I go to the housing wanted section most days, and review the renters and their needs. If they have a high enough rent, where it makes sense, I will contact them to see if they have considered trying to buy a home instead of renting. I have picked up many leads from this, and encourage you to do it as well. It only takes a few minutes each day, is free, and the payoff can be substantial! Good luck!
