The Los Gatos real estate market varies between zip code, price point, and home type (condo vs single family home). Today I studied the newest reports from Altos Research and shared them on my Live in Los Gatos blog. These stats and trends reflect list prices of homes currently for sale (not sold prices of properties which have recently changed ownership).

That said, we are seeing a few general trends in Los Gatos:

• longer days on the market
• increasing inventory
• list prices falling among the most expensive homes (houses and condos)
