16. Past customers and clients are the greatest source of referrals. When you keep in touch with them via e-mail and postcards they will send you great referrals.

17. Only about 10-11% of buyers end up using the same realtor on ytheir next real estate deal. Try a programed marketing program to stay on top of this.

18. E-mails are a great follow up tool, but it has a short attention span for most people. Try to ad some print product in between your emails to keep their attention.
