I thought I would share with everyone just how powerful this site is becoming. Jacqui put up a post called Co-branding with Lowes on September 9th. It got me thinking that there must be other companies that offer something similar, so I googled Realtor co-branding and got a surprise. The blog post from this site is now ranking #1 for that term on google.....in just 3 days. The post was crawled and cached the day after it was put up, which means that google loves this site to crawl it so often. A translation for everyone that isn't tech savvy: your profile featuring your website is going to be a very important link and will ultimately boost your site in google's rankings. -Charles

I sent in 6 addresses to Lowe's today, what a great idea! I knew

about it but never took the time to check it out. Had Partner Paul send one to his customer also...got to keep that man on his toes. With Monica at home and Pam at the office he doesn't stand a chance!

You're right on the money, as usual!

This site is crawled many times a day. I noticed it a few weeks ago when checking the cache of certain pages. Next day the page would be re-cached. Seems like most pages are being cached every other day with the exception of deep pages and inactive ones.

Another reason to keep on blogging here!
