I am saying a prayer for you and your family. God bless you for your testimony of your faith.
Laura - It is my honor to pray for such a man, and to pray for your family that can watch the bittersweet event of his passing into the next life, save a healing. We truely are the ones that lose, but thank the Lord in the grand scheme of things it is only a very short time of loss. I pray his legacy lives on to bless.

We will be praying and asking God to help Grey & and your family through these times and that God's will be done. God can do miracles. You are right, we all are dying, but those who are faithfull will have eternal life , and be reunited with there love ones in the Kingdom of God. We will also add your prayer request to our ABF class. Bless you and your family.

I spent every day for 3 months with my Dad bouncing from his room to the ICU and hoping for a trip home....and then my Mother joined the ICU on another floor at the same time...I understand exactly where you are....it will not be time you regret spending with him....and if people ask what they can do for you....and they probably have and will..TELL them....they will feel like they are helping and you will appreciate it...Like "I love your bla bla casserole"...I am so beat after a day at the hospital..I would appreciate that...or water the dog, cut the lawn....honest...and it makes you feel less stressed at a time when you don't need one more thing..our prayers are with you all.

Lord -we pray for Grey and his family. first that Your Will be done whether you choose to heal him or take him home. Second, give the doctors wisdom so that Grey may be in the least amount of pain possible. Third, that Grey and his family would take advantage of any Divine Appointments that result from this situation that may open up conversations about You and about how he and laura can be at peace about him coming to be with You in heaven. be with this family Lord, comfort them and give them You peace that surpasses all understanding. In jesus name we pray, Amen.
Grey Harwell passed on to meet our lord and savior at 8:37PM 11/18/2008. Thank you all for your prayers and concern for my family. We have faith that he is in a better place and thank the lord he did not have to suffer.
Laura - Thank God he didn't suffer is right. I pray your family finds hope in Jesus at this time, as deaths bring critical moments in peoples' lives. My prayers are still with you.
