Congrats to Barbara Bliss, owner of Showhomes North Shore in Chicago!

She staged this $799k home in Evanston that had been on the market for sale for over 15 months. Showhomes moved in a Home Manager and the home went under contract and sold for 97% of list price in less than 60 days!

Selling a home vacant in today's market is the kiss of death; there are simply too many properties for sale competing and a home needs every advantage it can get. There is good news in today's market: people are still buying homes and rates are still low. There are just far too many homes for sale.

The power of a good stager is priceless. Well done!

I can see why, staging pays and helps buyers see the possibilities.

We have been moving a lot of homes staged with live-in Home Managers these days. Homeowners and Realtors are finding out that it is both the most economical solution to staging and produces the best sales result.
